Funky Teeth

Well, after waiting 15 months....Luke finally started getting his teeth. He got them all out of order so he has looked pretty funny. He got one of front teeth first. It wouldn't have looked so funny if he had gotten both...but, nope, just one. He is finally getting the other one, thank goodness. He is always smiling so we have gotten a lot of laughs out of it.

Camping Trip

While I am inside enjoying the A.C. and our nice soft bed....Chad is crammed into Ethan's Winnie the Pooh tent in our back yard. After building a fire and roasting "marchfellows", as Ethan calls them, they are watching DVD's on the portable DVD player. Chad can't even lay straight or sit up all the way in that tiny tent. But, last time they did this, Ethan talked about it for weeks. Chad's such a great daddy. I would be out there too.....but, there's just not room :o)

Welcome Sadie!

Well, we have welcomed a new addition to our family. Sadie is a 3 year old beagle that was given to us by a co-worker of Chad's. We are keeping her for a few days to see if we will keep her for good. But, I think it's already to late to turn back now. Ethan only refers to her as "my dog"...not Sadie...."my dog". She is laying at the end of his bed right now. Chad already had to chase her across the street, but, she still seems to be a great dog. She is quiet, yet playful. So, after weeks of Ethan telling us, with that pitiful look on his face, that he "doesn't have a pet" and he "really, really needs one"....he finally got his wish.
